This coming Sabbath Mr. LeBlanc will be holding a prophecy Bible Study in Sacramento. Sacramento is a large city, but its importance in the world is that it is the capital of the state of California. Depending on how economies are measured, California has the 7th or 8th largest economy in the world. It is actually larger than that of Italy. California’s population is over 30 million. Being the capital city of such a huge population and powerful economy is no small matter.
The Sacramento Bible Studies have consistently drawn a number of people who are strangers to the teachings of God’s church. Some have substantial knowledge of the contents of the Bible; some have little understanding; but they all are in need of the warning message Mr. LeBlanc will deliver.
Mr. LeBlanc has recently spoken to the need for us to do our part in warning those that will listen. In light of that, the following scriptures are sobering and worth our attention:
Ezekiel 3:19-21: “Yet, if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul. Again, when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die; because you did not give him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand. Nevertheless, if you warn the righteous man that the righteous should not sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live because he took warning; also you will have delivered your soul.”
Mr. LeBlanc has had a number of Bible Studies in Sacramento. Some have returned to hear him speak many times. Pray that those who are sincere will be “cut to the heart” and thereby “be saved from this perverse generation” (Acts 2:37-40). We are responsible to spend time before the Bible Study to ask God to provide His spirit so that those who might hear will be at the Sacramento Bible Study this Sabbath.

European Muslim Population by Nation
This coming Sabbath, June 25, Mr. LeBlanc will be holding a prophecy Bible Study in Los Angeles. It is never possible to predict how many will attend. Of those who attend it cannot be known if any will take what they hear seriously. What is known is that Mr. Leblanc will clearly warn them that they are living in the end time—the end of this age; and he will tell them what that means.
The Bible has two examples of how certain men were delivered before God rained down chaos on their worlds. Of course, I am referring to Noah and Lot. The term “end of the age” refers to such times. We are again approaching such a time. We will soon be seeing the total destruction of man’s civilizations across the earth to be replaced by a new civilization, the Kingdom of God. The fact that the Kingdom of God will follow such worldwide destruction is very Good News for those who can receive it!
Lot’s lost civilization consisted of Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding plain. Noah’s civilization was the world that developed after Adam and Eve’s expulsion from the Garden of Eden. Both periods had resulted in total perversion under man’s rule as influenced and led by the King reigning over the world—Satan the Devil. Just like today, the worlds of those two men had fallen into decadence and violence with confusion and insanity reigning in the minds of men. Unlike Lot, Noah had nowhere to flee from the evils of his time—they completely covered the earth. The following quotes describe the conditions that both men lived in:
Genesis 6:5-8 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth and it grieved him at his heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man, and beast, and the creeping thing and the fowls of the air for it repenteth me that I have made them.
Genesis 19:4-5 But before they (the two Angels) lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them (carnally).
In chapter 24 of Matthew, Christ made it perfectly clear that as such times consume the earth again, the end of the age will be upon us. We are living in such times. If anyone doubts that, it should be a warning that such persons have not been doing their job–WATCHING– as we were commanded to do so that the destruction to come does not fall upon us. While there are still some who are attempting to resist the decadence that is over sweeping our world, it is clear God has turned the world over into the hands of Satan for its destruction. We will soon see the events that will force Christ’s return.
But still, we have time to continue delivering a warning message to those who may yet heed, and we will be doing our job until it is no longer possible to do so. All of us can participate through prayer in the Bible Study in Los Angeles this coming weekend. Let’s make a very serious effort to pray fervently that those who may yet heed in the L.A. area will be stirred up to come to hear about what lies ahead. We know that those who “sigh and cry” about the conditions of our time can receive physical protection to come through the terrible times ahead and come under the Kingdom as Christ sets it up on this earth. Let’s hope some of those people will heed when they attend the Bible Study this Sabbath in L.A.
